Charges and Payment Matters

Building with their Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) obtained by the developer after 2016 is likely to be under the Code of Practice for Info-Communication Facilities in Buildings 2013, COPIF 2013. For more information on COPIF, please refer to IMDA's website.

    Installation of the Termination Point (TP) is chargeable at SGD220 (excl. GST) for high-rise premises and SGD450 (excl. GST) for landed properties.

     

    When you subscribe to a new fibre broadband service, you may be entitled to a waiver of installation fees for the first 15 metres of optic fibre. For more details, you may check with your Retail Service Provider when applying for a fibre broadband service.

    The Termination Point (TP) will be installed by the building developer or building owner during the building’s construction.

     

    Any subsequent repair, replacement or relocation of the TP shall be carried out only by NetLink Trust’s authorised contractors .

     

    Do note that the all relevant charges will be borne by the homeowner.

    For optical fibre runs that exceed 15 metres, an additional fee of SGD33 per 5-metre block (excl. GST) will be charged.

    An invoice will be mailed to you for the excess fibre used. NetLink Trust’s contractors are not allowed to collect cash payments from homeowners.
