To support daily operational admin support for the department.
• Issue Service Order , Material voucher and Service Entry based on daily scheme to contractor via SAP
• To check and verify contractor’s claim
• Monitor and ensure that all fault tickets are resolved timely and meet performance SLA on MTTR, availability and QoS. Prepare monthly performance indicator reports according to the SLA framework
• To check and dispatch operation scheme and plant map to contractor
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
• Minimum Nitec qualification in any discipline
• Experienced in telecommunication area with service provisioning and field experience.
• Analytical and has a flair for dealing with technical and operational problems
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Exposure in customer service is an advantage
