Executive, HR & Admin - L&D 

Manage training administration and assist in the implementation of L&D projects

Responsibilities:

• Manage full training coordination, administration of internal and external courses including course registrations/enrolment, training grant application and claim, training records, logistic arrangements, invoices, training evaluations and monitoring spending budget of L&D
• Manage internship and scholarship program administration
• Assist in the administration of Company Training Needs Analysis
• Assist in the coordination of company events e.g. Townhall, organisation-wide Teambuilding program, Employee Engagement Survey etc.
• Assist in the implementation of L&D initiatives and projects e.g. Competency Frameworks etc.
• Handle ad-hoc activities assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder
• At least 3 years of related experience in L&D
• Meticulous, good problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Good communication skills, written and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
