Manage training administration

Responsibilities:

• Manage full training coordination, administration of internal and external courses including course registrations/enrolment, training grant application and claim, training records, logistic arrangements, invoices and training evaluations
• Manage internship and scholarship program administration
• Organising company events
• Handle ad-hoc activities assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder
• At least 3 years of related experience in L&D
• Meticulous, good problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Good communication skills, written and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
