NetLink Trust confirms that the network outage affecting some areas in Jurong was resolved at 0400 hours, on 22 March 2018.
NetLink Trust received reports of a fibre service interruption at 1752 hours. Fibre broadband services in some areas of Jurong were affected. The fibre service interruption was subsequently confirmed to be due to a fibre cable cut at Boon Lay Drive.

NetLink Trust confirms that the fibre service interruption affecting the vicinity of Jurong West was resolved around 2100 hours on 12 April 2017.
NetLink Trust received reports of a fibre service interruption at approximately 1630 hours. Service interruption was reported around the vicinity of Jurong West, Boon Lay and Corporation Road. A fibre cut was subsequently confirmed to be at a worksite along Boon Lay Avenue.
